MEET ANYA

Anya Kernes is a destination wedding photographer based in Los Angeles, who has had the honor of documenting the most beautiful celebrations and once-in-a-lifetime moments for couples all over the world.

She began her photography journey at an early age. Anya developed her first roll of film in a dark room at her university in Boston, and completely fell in love with the process. Her interest for photography evolved into a passion that she is humbled to call her work.

Anya’s clients gravitate towards her heartfelt and romantic photographs that feel both elevated and effortless. She uses the principles of harmony, balance and restraint that helps her create narrative and evocative images. Anya is a big believer in understated elegance and finds a certain beauty in relics of a simpler time and always strives to create images that feel genuine and nostalgic.
